Soliflex is made from a single piece of homogeneous plastic so it cannot fray and contaminate food. It is also very easy to clean, requiring less water & time to sanitize.
The Soliflex range consists of 5 Positive Drive belts as well as a friction-driven option.
Our Soliflex belts are available in a variety of teeth and sprocket configurations to suit your application. Some of the prime industries for Soliflex include but are not limited to:
Soliflex Center Bar, or CB, is a positively driven homogeneous belt with 1 or 2 rows depending on the width of the belt. The CB design is a smooth 78mm wide lug, or about 3”. Soliflex CB is a great choice for applications that require good hygienic properties and a belt that tracks very well. The center bar lug design makes it easy to visibly find and clean any noticeable residue once installed. It also has rounded edges to keep dirt from getting in tight corners. Soliflex CB is offered in full roll pre-cut widths to support industry standard sizes.
Soliflex Full Bar, or FB, is a belt design with a drive lug that goes along the entire width of the belt to drive the belt with a 50mm pitch, or just under 2”. FB provides good hygienic properties in a positive drive belt. It is a great option for replacing industry standard belts, and is a common choice for replacing plastic modular conveyors because of the limited amount of components that are required to change in those conveyor designs.
Soliflex Full Bar mini, or FB mini, is the smaller version of our FB drive lug technology with a 25.91mm pitch, or just around 1”. FB mini is ideal for pulley diameters as small as 47.8mm, or just under 2”. This is another great option for replacing small transition conveyors, or in designs where a bigger pulley cannot be installed.
Soliflex PRO is our most hygienic, ultimate tracking design available in a positively driven belt. Soliflex PRO provides all of the benefits of a Homogenous belt with the ability keep your belt on track using our PRO lug technology. This unique lug design engages with the teeth on the pulleys to drive the belt and keep it from moving from side to side while conveying.
Soliflex PRO mini provides all of the benefits of our Soliflex PRO, but is designed for small pulley diameters as small as 47mm, or just under 2”. This is a great option for small transition conveyors, or in designs where a bigger pulley cannot be installed.
