Key 2024 highlights:  

• A 65% reduction in lost time injuries since 2019  

• Generated 2.7 million kWh of renewable energy and committed to the Science Based Targets Initiative 

• Sustainable product innovation focused on circular economy principles  

• Strengthened ESG compliance and supplier engagement  

• Continued focus on employee wellbeing, inclusion, and safety
